Text messaging terms
Product Studio LLC runs two services that send text messages. Each has its own text messaging terms, which describe what we send, how you opt in and out, and what it costs:
Riverdrop
Riverdrop lets people ask a business's AI assistant a question by text message. You text us first, for example by texting @sales to the Riverdrop number (844) 748-3729, and every message we send is a reply to one you sent. Riverdrop doesn't send marketing or promotional texts.
Three Noodles
Three Noodles sends account texts, such as sign-in codes and alerts, to customers who use its dashboard, and game texts, such as reminders and results, to players who opt in on a Three Noodles game. You receive these texts only after you enter your number and agree to receive them.
For both services
- Reply STOP at any time to stop messages, or HELP for help.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- We don't share or sell mobile numbers or opt-in information to third parties for their own marketing.
- Mobile carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
